A few weeks back we blogged about our photo and video shoot with Chicago Bears cornerback Charles Tillman, whose daughter Tiana received a lifesaving heart transplant in August 2008.

Charles has since become a vocal advocate for the issue, devoting a portion of his Cornerstone Foundation site to promoting organ donation, participating in numerous press conferences and helping Donate Life Illinois.

We're proud to have him on our team and we're happy to show you our latest project. Hope you enjoy!

November 3, 2009 In support of the 2009 Donate Life Illinois Campus Challenge, we are asking anyone and everyone in Illinois to take part in this easy online event.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

On Friday, November 6, 2009 take the following action:

1. If you aren't already, please become a fan of Donate Life Illinois at http://www.facebook.com/DonateLifeIllinois

2. Update your Facebook status to show support and tagging our page with the following update:

@donatelifeillinois I am a registered organ/tissue donor. Are you? Register today at http://www.donatelifeillinois.org

*Note - You need to be a fan to tag our page. We will also randomly be giving away free i-Tunes gift cards to people that do tag @donatelifeillinois in their status update. For those on Twitter, the same will apply for those that include @donatelifeil in their tweet with the message above.

3. Right click and "Save As" from one of the "I heart organ donors" images provided on the Facebook page and upload as your Facebook profile photo for the day.

Also feel free to tag yourself on the photo.
